Introduction
To comply with the development trend of "Freedom of international trade, Integration of Regional Economy, and Comprehensive Technology Competition", we integrate the faculty of various departments of the Administration school, and jointly plan the in-service master courses that meet the needs of modern society, and provide advanced in-service talents for advanced studies, as well as strengthen integration of the unique fields of the college. Also the college has quite a few teachers with industry counseling and industry cooperation experience related with environmental changes and industry demand visits, so the students’ advanced training will give chance to help their companies solve the problems they face , bring extra value to the company and strengthen the students’ knowledge and abilities. Meanwhile, the teachers of this special class can be more sophisticated in teaching and research by cooperating with the industry and academia of the enterprise. The positive cycle will make companies more willing to let employees participate in this special class, and also create learning and operating value for the company. This special class has recently been actively inviting government officials and outstanding political and economic figures to give a series of special lectures, so that students can grasp the direction of national policies and economic trends at home and abroad, and make timely adjustments to business management strategies. This is another feature part of this special class.
